Refund policy
Every Smart Bait is inspected before shipping to make sure it arrives in working condition. Minor variations in finish or texture may occur and are normal.
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at info.baitly@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Returns due to change of mind, preference, or normal manufacturing variations are not eligible for refunds.
If your order does not arrive and is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
